The Agile Leader Advanced Practitioner Examination addresses the needs of those working in an Agile project environment who want to attain formal recognition of their knowledge, understanding and application of Agile Leadership practices. The qualification requires candidates to provide evidence of their Agile Leadership when assessed against the Agile Leadership Competencies (Level 2 – Advanced Practitioner).
The examination is in three parts: Application, submission of a written Project Synopsis (Experience Report) and an Oral Examination.

Project Synopsis (Experience Report)
The project synopsis reflects your interpretation of the project, and what you contributed in your role. It should clearly show practices which you considered to be Agile and those which you did not. Oral Examination
The aim of the oral examination is to check your experience of Agile Leadership. The examiners will ask questions to assess your knowledge, understanding and practical application of Agile and how this relates to leading an Agile team.
