* DSDM Consortium Member: Attendance at the launch and the afternoon tutorials is free of charge to DSDM Consortium Members. However, as places are limited we need to allocate places to confirmed attendees only. Any delegates who book for any of the advertised sessions but do not attend will be invoiced at the relevant rate. The cost will be £95 for either half day session (Launch or Tutorial) or £150 for the full day. Cancellations can be made prior to 17th April and thereafter a full charge will be levied. Substitute delegates may attend, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance of any name changes.(info@dsdm.org).

**Individuals (non DSDM Consortium Members): Attendance at the launch is free of charge, however, as places are limited we need to allocate entry to confirmed attendees only. Delegates who book to attend the launch but do not arrive on the day will be invoiced at the relevant rate. The cost will be £95 for the launch only or an additional £55 if a booking has been made and paid for to attend the afternoon tutorial (i.e. £150 for the full day). Afternoon tutorial sessions must be paid for in advance. Cancellations can be made prior to 17th April but thereafter a full charge will be levied and no refunds will be made after this date. Substitute delegates may attend, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance of any name changes (info@dsdm.org).

Please Note: VAT of 17.5% will be added to the above delegate rates. Under UK law VAT is applicable to all delegates regardless of where they are domiciled as the service is provided within the UK.

In the unlikely event of cancellation, full refunds will be given. The Organisers will not be liable for any consequential loss.
