PRINCE2 with Attitude

This presentation looks at running PRINCE2 with a real edge to it. Standard PRINCE2 projects use separate tolerance figures for time and cost - but what if deviation from the deadline and the budget is not an option? 'PRINCE2 with attitude' looks at 'scope tolerance'. The PRINCE2 manual describes it in one small paragraph - this belies the power of a pragmatic approach for 'real world' projects.
