We are reaching the point where organisation and individuals are significantly disadvantaged if they are not PRINCE2 accredited. However, PRINCE2 projects still battle against the usual suspects of time, cost and quality. Is this PRINCE2's Achilles heel? This presentation looks at tailoring the PRINCE2 approach, in order to finish a project on time and on budget, without reducing the level of quality. To cure PRINCE2's Achilles heel involves running projects using scope tolerance. Although PRINCE2 refers to scope tolerance it doesn't tell you anything else.
