Consultant
The DSDM Consultant qualification is awarded to those who have in-depth knowledge of DSDM and have demonstrated their ability to work and influence at a senior level in organisations introducing or using DSDM. DSDM Consultants have a minimum of 5 year senior consultancy experience, including 2 years introducing DSDM, on at least 3 consultancy engagements. Consultancy is defined in relation to management consultancy within a DSDM environment and further clarification is given in the entry requirements.
DSDM Consultant accreditation is the highest level of DSDM qualification available.
