Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations made prior to the 17th September 2010 there will be a £25.00 administration fee per delegate. No refunds will be made for cancellations on or after the 17th September 2010 and the full fee will be payable. Substitute delegates may attend. All cancellations and name changes need to be made in writing and can be emailed to info@dsdm.org
